So now we have earth at the center of the universe
with the sun rotating around the earth, crossing the sun's path (ecliptic) at the spring equinox and the fall equinox, and
causing the longest day at the summer solstice and the shortest day at the winter solstice.
These four points - 2 equinoxes and 2 solstices - occur "in" a constellation,
and the four resulting constellations are the pillars and posts that hold up the sky.
And that brings us back to the flat earth.
The flat earth with the two pillars of the solstices
and the two pillars of the equinoxes to hold the sky/dome of heaven up.
By now we have three important intersections - the intersection of the ecliptic
and the equator at spring equinox, the intersection of the ecliptic and the equator at fall equinox, and the intersection
between the diagonal lines connecting solstice to solstice and equinox to equinox across the flat earth.
Those intersections are Xs, but they are also crosses. They aren't the
only important crosses in the sky, but they are crosses in the heavens.
But, for the moment, most important is that because the earth is tilted the
tip of the axis doesn't turn in place - it makes an invisible circle -
- which means that the north pole points to
different pole stars at different eras. Polaris is the Pole Star now, in ancient Egypt's time is was Thuban, and in
a few thousand years from now it'll be Vega.
It also means that the sky as a whole seems to move, and the solstices and equinoxes
fall out of place and the whole of the heavens is out of its proper order.
this is the ecliptic/zodiac belt in general.
and this show the four pillars - the constellations
of the 2 equinoxes and the 2 solstices - of our era (the world age of Pisces).
Because of the tilt, though, the pillars will soon (soon is a relative soon)
fail to hold up the sky dome and the dome will move to four new pillars.
The summer solstice will be in Taurus, the fall equinox in Leo, winter solstice
in Scorpio, and spring(or Vernal) equinox will be in Aquarius.
The pole moves through the entire circle caused by the tilt in approximately
26,000 years.
It moves through approximately 30 degrees of that circle - in other words from
one set of pillars to the next in the circle - in about 2,160 years.
